Noodles & Company is planning to go public. The Colorado-based chain announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock, according to a company press release. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined, however. Noodles & Company plans to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol NDLS.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and UBS Securities LLC are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Jefferies LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated are acting as book-running managers.
