Noodles & Company expands in Central Indiana

Noodles & Company has announced that is has expanded its development agreement with long-term franchise group Sagamore Dining Partners LLC, based in Indianapolis. The franchisee currently owns and operates 12 Noodles & Company restaurants in Central Indiana and has made a commitment to open seven additional restaurants in the region and Columbus, Ind.

The first Noodles & Company opening associated with the new deal is slated to open in Fishers, Ind., with additional locations being scouted in Castleton, Avon, Bloomington, Lafayette and Columbus, Ind.

“We couldn’t be more pleased with the community support we’ve received and the success we’ve experienced since we opened our first Noodles & Company in Carmel in 2006. The brand is a great combination of quality and value with a menu that’s completely unique in the industry,” said Mike Lamb, president of Sagamore Dining Partners. “We’re very excited to introduce Noodles & Company to more neighborhoods in Indiana.”
