Noodles & Co. expands Utah presence

Noodles & Company is opening its first restaurant in Riverdale, Utah on Oct. 6. Although the menu will feature the chains' signature menu, the new restaurant will open with a new kitchen design allowing guests to watch their meals being made.

The experience will be interactive as they hear the sounds of the sauté, smell the rich ingredients and see Noodles' chefs flipping fresh ingredients, said Kevin Reddy, CEO and chairman of Noodles & Company.

"We're excited to continue growing in Utah," Reddy added. "We believe we'll become a popular spot for families and professionals because of our menu variety, speed and affordability. Noodles & Company has 260 locations around the country with eight of them located in Utah.
