Noodles & Co. expands to Texas

Food Business Review:Noodles & Co. has signed a development agreement with franchise group Pasta Per Trio to bring several new restaurant locations to the Austin and northeast Dallas, Texas, region.
The first Noodles & Co. unit is sceduled to open in late 2008 in Austin and will be the restaurant chain's first Texas location.
