Ni Hao Fresh, an Asian fast casual concept developed by the children of Bo Lings' founders, is aiming to open in Mission, Kansas by early December.
The brand founders are brother and sister, Raymond and Rebecca Ng, Ng's husband, James Clark, and family friend, Edward Mitchell. The concept will offer up build-your-own stir-fry, poke bowls and an unlimited toppings bar, according to a Kansas City Business Journal report.
"We wanted to appeal to customers looking for a quicker, more casual dining concept," Mitchell said in a press release, according to the report. "The fast-casual style allows us to keep our menu affordable while still using the highest-quality fresh ingredients. Plus, we love the ability to grow a concept that doesn't use any artificial ingredients or preservatives that are found in so many Asian restaurants."
