Newk's Eatery rolls out summer LTOs

Newk's Eatery is welcoming a summer line up of dishes based on its Newk's "Q" dishes, featuring house-made White BBQ Sauce, for a limited time through September, according to a press release. 

"Our founder Chris Newcomb grew up on White BBQ Sauce and created the original beloved Newk's "Q" with his own personal recipe," CMO Stewart Slocum said in the release. "This summer, he crafted a whole new line up of White BBQ dishes — including an entrée salad and even a shrimp po'boy — by amping up the dishes with house-made Fire & Ice Pickles and White BBQ Sauce Cole Slaw." 

White BBQ Sauce dishes include:

• The Boss "Q" Sandwich: Flame-grilled pulled chicken, house-made tangy White BBQ sauce, bacon, Fire & Ice pickles, Ammerlander Swiss and White BBQ sauce coleslaw on toasted French Parisian bread
• Dozen Shrimp "Q" Sandwich: A dozen broiled shrimp, house-made tangy White BBQ sauce, bacon, Fire & Ice pickles, Ammerlander Swiss and White BBQ sauce coleslaw on toasted French Parisian bread
• Pulled Pork "Q" Sandwich: Marinated hand-pulled pork tenderloin, house-made tangy White BBQ sauce, crispy bacon, Fire & Ice pickles, melted Ammerlander Swiss and White BBQ sauce coleslaw on toasted French Parisian bread
• Pulled Chicken "Q" Salad: Pulled flame-grilled chicken, house-made tangy White BBQ sauce, crumbled crispy bacon and Arcadian mixed greens tossed with White BBQ sauce coleslaw
