New York Brick Oven Co. intros new line of pizza ovens

The New York Brick Oven Co. has introduced its Inferno Series Revolving Deck Brick Ovens.

The Inferno series is available in a range of sizes and configurations. The company said a key element of the Inferno line is the rotating brick surface within the ovens, which eliminates the need for staff members to constantly turn the pizza.

An electric heating element below the cooking surface ensures it is always hot and augments the wood or gas fire capabilities of the oven while reducing the time it takes to reach its operating temperature, according to a news release.

The New York Brick Oven Co. will display the Inferno oven at the upcoming Pizza Expo in Las Vegas.
