New kids' menu debuts at I Dream of Falafel

I Dream of Falafel has launched a new kids' menu combining local and healthy Mediterranean ingredients, according to a company press release. Kids can fill their brightly colored five-compartment tray with rice, organic hummus, house-made pita chips and choice of protein, choosing from chicken kebab, falafel and doner kebab.

The meals, which cost $4.99, also come with organic milk or juice. The new menu, according to the press release, is a way for kids to sample a variety of gluten-free, low-fat, low carb, high protein, preservative-free, hormone-free and trans-fat-free items.

Kids may try the menu for free on Easter Sunday.
