New CEO at Fazoli's

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Fazoli's Restaurants has named veteran restaurant operator Carl Howard chief executive officer of the 286-unit Italian fast casual restaurant chain. He replaces Bob Weissmueller, who recently retired.
Howard most recently served as president and CEO of Damon's International. Prior to that, he led the growth efforts for BD's Mongolian Barbeque and was president and operating partner of H&H Management, a multiunit Damon's franchise group.
