Moe's targets Baltimore for expansion

Lured by Baltimore's affluent population and the success of Moe's Maryland locations in Cockeysville and Annapolis, representatives ofFocus Brandssaid they are looking for franchisees to operate new spots inside the beltway and along Interstate 95 between Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
