Moe's former parent sued by franchisees

The Associated Press: More than 50 franchisees and their financial backers are suing Moe's Southwest Grill and its former parent company Raving Brands over allegations of fraud and breach of contract.A lawsuit filed last week by 34 plaintiffs in federal court in Atlanta makes many of the same claims as a lawsuit filed by nearly two dozen plaintiffs in late March. No trial date has been set.
