Modern Market expands presence in nation's capital

Modern Market is opening its third location in the nation's capital, bringing the concept's total units to 23, according to a press release.

"Downtown D.C. is teeming with busy professionals looking for a fast meal with clean ingredients," Anthony Pigliacampo, Modern Market co-founder, said in the release. "We make it easy to order quickly, pick up food and get back to the office or home with a healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner in tow."

The first 100 guests were entered to win free Modern Market for a year.
