Mina Group partners with Oracle for Street Food Hall concept in Hawaii

January 29, 2019

The Mina Group is partnering with Oracle to deploy its MICROS 600 series of point of sale devices and its Food and Beverage Simphony Cloud restaurant management platform at its concept store in Waikiki, Hawaii called The Street Food Hall.

The concept offers 10 food stations with different global offerings, according to a press release.

The Mina Group will use the Oracle Simphony Cloud to examine customer data and measure the effectiveness of marketing. The solution can manage each station at its own 'revenue cente,r' while also analyzing the entire Street Food Hall, according to the release.

"As operators, we've had the opportunity to work with several different POS systems where we weren'’t able to be as omnipresent as we'd like to be in order to have an intimate knowledge of what was going in our restaurants," Patric Yumul, president, MINA Group, said in the release. "The choice was clear to go with Oracle Simphony Cloud because of their reliability, data, and ability to see how the entire operation is doing and how our marketing efforts are working."
