Zoës Kitchen has added quinoa to its menu in the The Quinoa Salad.

Zoës Kitchen's new Quinoa Salad is made with quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, fresh greens, celery, feta, green onions and light lemon vinaigrette. The new menu item is vegetarian-friendly and vegan-friendly when ordered without feta. It is also peanut, egg and soy-free, Miles said.
The Mediterranean-style Quinoa Salad has 14 grams of protein per serving and is gluten-free.
