Maui Wowi awards mobile vendor franchise to Texas couple

Mike Kruitwagen and Debbie Hedrick will operate a mobile model and catering unit.

Maui Wowi recently announced it has added Mike Kruitwagen and Debbie Hedrick from Friendswood, Texas, to its stable of Lone Star franchisees. The couple will operate a mobile model and catering unit.

"When we discovered Maui Wowi, we knew that it was the perfect fit because it allows us to challenge ourselves as a couple and as business partners," Kruitwagen said in a news release. "It gives us the opportunity to have fun, be adventurous, meet new people, and make money; what a great concept."

Maui Wowi currently has 50 units in Texas.
