Middle Eastern fast casual concept Mamoun's Falafel has announced a six-unit franchise deal in Atlanta and Athens, Georgia, according to a press release.
Founded over 45 years ago by Syrian immigrant Mamoun Chater and currently operated by Mamoun's sons, Mamoun's Falafel partnered with Cuisine Solutions to develop its menu and with Fransmart to franchise nationwide.
“We’re very excited to bring Mamoun’s to Atlanta, there is no place like it," franchisees Kalki and Parimal Patel said in the release. "Mamoun’s serves real Middle Eastern food and that’s something we’re missing in Atlanta right now. We’re looking forward to getting our first location open and introducing Atlanta to this great restaurant."
These units comprise the concept's debut in Georgia, according to the release.
