Let Freedom Eat: FREEBIRDS debuts create-your-own salads

The restaurant is serving $1 beers Father's Day weekend.

FREEBIRDS World Burrito announced today that it will offer a $5 Freedom Salad now through July 31. In celebration of Father's Day, the chain will also offer $1 Beers in its Texas locations June 18-19.

To build a Freedom Salad, guests join the queue and are partnered with an employee who helps them create custom-built salads.

Guests choose between iceberg lettuce or spring mix before selecting up to 40 ingredients including grass-fed beef, hormone-free chicken, all-natural pork carnitas or crispy white fish (California locations only) topped veggies, fresh-roasted corn salsa, fresh or fire roasted jalapenos and choice of dressing.
