Lee's Sandwiches plants its flag in Oregon

The latest Lee's Sandwiches has a full bread baking equipment line and the capacity to serve additional stores when they open.

Lee's Sandwiches, a Banh mi concept, will open its first store in Oregon at Eastport Plaza on 82nd Avenue in south east Portland.

This grand opening also marks Lee's Sandwiches' 55th store.

The store, a baguette production unit, will also feature an on-site dough treatment system along with the full bread baking equipment line. The production unit has the capacity to produce the dough for baguettes and supplies of upcoming Lee's Sandwiches stores in Oregon.

The grand opening celebration will include:

• A free Banh Mi every day for a year for the first customer in line.
• A free regular size cup of Lee's Vietnamese Ice Coffee every day for a year for the second customer in line.
• Other special gifts for the first 200 customers in line.
• A free regular size cup of Lee's Vietnamese Ice Coffee or hot baguette with purchase of any sandwich on Oct. 18-19.
