KnowFat changes name

Blue MauMau: The owners of healthy fast casual restaurant franchise KnowFat are changing the restaurant's name to UFood Grill and are updating the menu and redesigning their stores. Co-owner George Naddaff has signed an endorsement deal with former heavyweight boxing champion George Foreman.
