With breakfast sales increasing, Knouse Foods has introduced new morning daypart offerings for foodservice operators under its Lucky Leaf and Musselman's rands.
According to a news release, these include:
"We aim to inspire chefs and operators to create delicious, on-trend offerings for their breakfast and brunch menus without sacrificing taste or quality," said Todd Michael, foodservice sales director for Knouse Foods.
