Juice It Up taps former franchise exec as VP of operations

John Bifone is joining Juice It Up as its new VP of operations and will direct several initiatives intended to drive Juice It Up's growth plan, according to a press release.

"I'm honored to join the Juice It Up leadership team where my goal is to strengthen the guest experience while exploring operational improvements intended to increase profitability amongst our franchise partners," Bifone said. "I am so impressed with Juice It Up and its ability to evolve while remaining true to its core promise of providing products that support the healthy, active lifestyles of its guests."

Bifone has over 25 years of restaurant experience and was previously the COO for Calabee's Inc., responsible for many Applebee's locations across southern California, according to the release

"The addition of John highlights our commitment to assembling the best leadership team in the booming raw juice and smoothie franchise," Frank Easterbrook, Juice It Up CEO, said in the release. "We're confident John will add a heightened level of operational efficiency to our proven business model for guest satisfaction and franchisee success.
