Jimmy's Egg announced the signing of six new development agreements for 52 new restaurants to be built in three existing and three new markets. The states chosen include Kansas, Texas, Nebraska, Arkansas, New Mexico and Iowa.
"We are very excited to continue growing the Jimmy's Egg brand from a regional to national chain," said Jimmy's Egg President Kevin Burke, in a news release about the new restaurants. "We've experienced a lot of growth over the last few years and feel we are well positioned to continue bringing better breakfast and lunch options to markets around us. Most of our franchise partners are active in store development efforts and we appreciate their commitment to growing the brand."
