J. Gumbo franchisor sees significant growth

Gumbo Growth LLC has opened three J. Gumbo's locations and plans to open two more, one in April and the other in May, according to a press release.

"Gumbo Growth LLC is delighted to partner with five very qualified franchisees and we're excited to see the opportunity that has resulted in bringing J. Gumbo's great tasting Cajun and Creole-inspired food to communities across the country," Bill Church, Gumbo Growth president, said in the release.

Gumbo Growth is the franchisor of J. Gumbo's and opened its first three locations in PA, MI and NC, according to the release.  

"We're excited about the future of Gumbo Growth and the ability we possess to rely on our knowledge and understanding of the restaurant business to help concepts, such as J. Gumbo's, build on their success," Allan Zukerman, chairman at Gumbo Growth, said in the release.
