Investor plans 21 Einstein's for north Florida

Orlando Business Journal: Einstein Bros. Bagels has signed a multi-unit development agreement with Orlando-based MC Squared Investments LLC to build 21 Einstein Bros. locations throughout northern Florida over the next eight years.
The new locations will be the first franchised outlets for the bagel chain. Previously, all stores have been company-owned.
