Intura Solutions signs agreement for European distribution

ARLINGTON, Texas — Intura Solutions LP, manufacturer of point-of-sale and enterprise management software, has announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with SDP N.V. (SDP) to market Intura's software products in Europe. SDP, headquartered in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, will focus on markets where they currently sell their own line of retail software applications including Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom.
Through this agreement, SDP receives distribution license rights to resell Intura's complete line of software solutions including Intura Vision, Intura Rio and Intura Enterprise. SDP will provide direct sales and support to restaurants through their established network of branch offices located primarily in Western Europe. SDP branch affiliates supply businesses with the software, hardware, installation, training and support services that encompass a complete POS system.
In addition, SDP will provide product and documentation translation services for Intura products in languages not currently translated by Intura.
