How Do You Roll? announced the signing of franchise deals in Chicago and New York.
Franchisee MTX Foods, LLC will open their first store in Chicago in the Northwestern Hospital on October 6. Their second store is to open in November.
Also, New York franchisee, Branded Concepts NY, LLC has just signed a multi-unit agreement. They will open three stores within one year.
"We have had a continued focus on the major metropolitan cities who have a diverse community and a desire for fresh and unique sushi inspired cuisine," said CEO Yuen Yung in a company press release. "Previously, we were focused on the southern region of the country, and now we've extended our growth strategy across the country and internationally."
How Do You Roll? expects to open five new restaurants by the end of the 2014.
In addition to the new stores, the sushi chain also introduced Avi Shafshak as the newest Area representative for Southern California.
