Houston TX Hot Chicken has hired Ashley Prokos as senior director of franchise sales. She will lead the company's franchise sales strategy, including identifying, recruiting and developing franchise partners to support the brand's domestic and international growth.

Prokos holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is an active member of Women in Franchising and the Women's Foodservice Forum.
