Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos expands in the East Coast

A new Fresh-Mex concept is growing in the East Coast. Hot Harry's, which features burritos, tacos and nachos at the fast casual and catering occasions, will open its seventh location in Glenmont, N.Y., on Dec. 1, according to The Business Review of Albany.

U.S. Air Force veteran Tim Donnelly and wife Kim Donnelly will be the franchisees to open the restaurant.

Their backgrounds and life experiences fit well with the success formula for our food franchise,” said Samir Abdallah, president and founder of Hot Harry’s. He and wife Maggie Abdallah opened their first Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, in 2004. They opened their Schenectady restaurant at 1625 Union St. in Schenectady in 2008.

Hot Harry’s franchises operate in Berkshire County and Pittsfield, both in Massachusetts; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and East Greenbush.
