Honest Mary's under development in Austin

Honest Mary's, named after the wife of owner Nelson Monteith, will open in Austin, Texas later this summer, according to an Eater article.

The concept will focus on grain bowls made from 'honest' ingredients, including rice, vegetables, meat and fish. Drinks include kombucha, beer, organic tapped wine, agua frescas and Yaupon iced tea.

Monteith, an Austin native, attended UT and the Acton School of Business. He then gained fast casual experience at Chipotle and fast casual mini-chain Urban Cookhouse before developing Honest Mary's, according to the release.
