Holler & Dash biscuit house will open new locations in Tennessee and Florida by year's end, according to a news release.
"I am from the South, and one thing I have learned is that Southerners love a biscuit," said Culinary Director Chef Frohne, in a news release. "One of our core values at Holler & Dash is a belief in the goodness of real food. So, we're doing some really cool things at our biscuit house by using unique flavors, incorporating premium ingredients and working with some food partners that share that value."
In November, the chain will open a location in Brentwood, Tennessee, which is in the Greater Nashville area.
"The greater Nashville community is seeing a boom in the food scene—as well as a huge draw for millennials and young professionals. Brentwood, in particular, is growing quickly, making it a place where people live, work, play and visit," said COO Mike Chissler, said in the report. "The location will be in the Hill Center Brentwood development. As part of a mixed-use development, this location will allow us to seamlessly mix with people's lives—whether they are on the go or looking for a more relaxed dining experience to share with friends."
The second unit is set to open in Celebration, Florida.
"One of our core beliefs is in our community, so we were drawn to Celebration because of that shared belief," Chissler said.
"We echo Celebration's strong community spirit and desire for friendship with neighbors. We are excited to bring our unique flavors, personality and fresh take on Southern hospitality to the Celebration community."
