Henny Penny has announced several leadership changes and an organizational restructuring.

Henny Penny has announced several leadership changes and an organizational restructuring.
Effective immediately:
- Steve Cobb, previously chairman and CEO, is now chairman.
- Rob Connelly, previously president, is now president and CEO.
- Jeff Kincer, previously vice president of Engineering, is now vice president of Manufacturing and Innovation, a newly created area combining engineering, product development and innovation.
- Tim Crammer, previously vice president of Marketing, is now vice president of Services, a newly created area combining technical support, customer service and purchasing.
“2014 has been an exciting year of growth and planning. Change is a constant for any successful business. One of the most significant changes is occurring within a newly created area that will bring together our engineering, product development and innovation areas,” Connelly said in a company news release.
Leaders with new responsibilities in this area, include:
- Rick Cartwright, previously director of Controls Engineering, is now director of Product Development and Innovation. He will oversee electronic engineering, project management, product management, product development and food science.
- Don Kern, previously director of Quality Assurance and Safety, is now director of Engineering. He will oversee a newly created department of quality and warranty as well as engineering, reliability and lab, engineering services and safety.
Henny Penny also recently announced a 44,000-square-foot addition to its headquarters in Eaton, Ohio.
