Habit Burger Grill fires up big funds to beat childhood hunger

The Habit Burger Grill has raised nearly $500,000 to help stop hunger across the U.S.

The fast casual brand raised $449,719 for the No Kid Hungry campaign that provides over four million meals to children.

The fundraising effort is the fourth year The Habit Burger Grill has partnered with the organization, according to a press release. The company has donated more than 1.6 million dollars to No Kid Hungry.

"Together with our guests we are honored to support children and families in need across the country," said Russ Bendel, CEO of The Habit Burger Grill, in the release. "We want to thank every one of our guests who donated in support of this effort. It will make a difference."
