Gyroville sells 3rd franchise unit

Gyroville, a build-your-own Mediterranean fast casual restaurant, has added a third franchise location to its roster. Franchisee Anthony Nohra owns the restaurant located at 6341 N. Andrews Rd. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which was previously a corporate-owned location.
Before coming to Gyroville, Nohra owned a self-serve frozen yogurt franchise in Boca Raton but said he missed the one-on-one interactions with customers that became muted within the self-serve model.
"Customer service has always been my priority, since I really like engaging and interacting with guests," Nohra said in the release. "The Gyroville model allows customers to come in, order what they want, have it prepared fresh and right in front of them while also developing a rapport with the person making their meal. I missed making those connections, and I am looking forward to developing more relationships with my guests at Gyroville."

Founded by CEO Lambros Kokkinelis in 2010, Gyroville now has a total of 10 locations in Florida, Kansas and Quito, Ecuador.
"Our 'live-fresh' mentality has really resonated with customers in our current markets in the United States and abroad, so we are excited to see how the Fort Lauderdale location will continue to succeed under Nohra’s ownership," Kokkinelis said in the release. "We always welcome the opportunity to bring in new franchisees as we grow."
