The Mediterranean is invading South America, Gyroville said in a press release. Gyroville, a fast casual concept serving traditional Mediterranean cuisine, signed an agreement with franchisees to develop units throughout Ecuador.

"When we launched the franchise opportunity last year, we knew the concept would translate well to other cultures and that international expansion made sense for our growth.
