Greenz launches cafe concept for Equinox fitness clubs

Manhattan-based Equinox, operator of upscale, full-service fitness clubs and spas, has entered theTexas market with two locations in theDallas
The menu will feature many of the same items found at the fast casual restaurant locations, said Casie Caldwell, CEO of Greenz Restaurants. However, fresh squeezed juices, smoothies, a full-service coffee bar and breakfast items have been added to the menu.
