Teriyaki Madness has added a Salmon Bowl to its menu, available now through June. 20. The made-to-order bowl comes with a choice of Calrose rice or noodles served over a bed of Teriyaki Madness’s fresh vegetables which includes green cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, carrots and onions, according to a company press release. The Salmon is sautéed and topped with the brand’s teriyaki sauce, which is prepared fresh, in-house.
“We can’t wait to bring our guests another healthy option with our new Salmon Bowl,” said Michael Haith, CEO of Teriyaki Madness. “This new addition allows even more choices for our customers who want fresh, healthy and great value.”
The salmon addition came from the newly implemented Franchisee Advisory Council (FAC) which provides a collaborative approach for the franchisees and the franchisor to work together, Haith said.
“We are extremely pleased with the knowledge base of the FAC and are excited about working together to maintain a culture of trust and collaboration,” he said. “No one knows what our customers want more than those standing on the front lines, the franchisees, and we are looking forward to evolving this brand to be one of the best.”
