Togo's has named Glenn Lunde as its chief concept officer.
Lunde will direct brand strategy, marketing and concept development and joins Togo's with over 25 years of restaurant and retail experience, according to a press release.
"As a Bay Area native, I've been a huge Togo's fan for decades, and I believe the brand has a ton of untapped potential," Lunde said in the release. "I am excited to work with the Togo's corporate team and franchisees on identifying, testing, and pursuing new opportunities to grow our business and thrill customers."
Lunde's experience includes stints at Panda Restaurant Group, Round Table Pizza and Grocery Outlet (serving as CMO at all three), VP of marketing at Taco Bell and CCO at Einstein Noah's Restaurant Group, according to the release.
"Glenn has a proven track record of building national franchises into sustainable, profitable operators that achieve long-term success. He will be a valuable leader for our brand repositioning and concept development efforts," Tony Gioia, Togo's CEO, said in the release.
