Giardino Gourmet Salads has partnered with MenuTrinfo to update its website with nutritional information, allergen charts and info about its certified gluten-free items, according to a company press release.

"This is another example of our brand helping to provide our guests the nutritional empowerment to make more informed decisions about the meals they choose," said Ody Lugo, founder of Giardino Gourmet Salads. "We believe that it's our role to provide the variety of options for our consumers to design their best meal possible."

Giardino Gourmet Salads, founded in 2004, operates 13 franchise restaurants in South Florida and Tennessee.
