Genghis Grill opens four locations

DALLAS — Mongolian barbecue concept Genghis Grillhas announced the recent openings of locations in the Texas towns of Clearlake, Killeen/Harker Heights, Frisco and Little Rock, Ark.

The company also has recently signed a four-store development deal with HC Investment Holdings, a restaurant group based in Winston Salem, N.C., to develop Charlotte and its surrounding markets.

Twenty new restaurants are slated to open around the country in 2009 throughout the southwest, south central, Midwest and southeast.

The aggressively expanding 31-unit chain operates locations through franchised and corporate stores.

The first Genghis Grill opened in 1998 in Dallas.
