Denver-based Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill and LiveWell Colorado have partnered to bring The Bean Tube Experiment to Colorado. An experiential promotional campaign aimed at helping Coloradans lead a healthier and more active lifestyle, the project consists of 5-foot tubes filled with Garbanzo beans placed around four major Colorado cities, according to a company press release. The tubes carry various wellness messages and QR codes that link to a micro-site – www.beantubes.com – where visitors find more information about eating and living healthy, as well as a Garbanzo offer.
Garbanzo and LiveWell Colorado encourage their fans and followers to find the tubes in each city by posting location hints on their respective Facebook and Twitter pages. Once followers find the tubes, they scan the QR code or link to the URL listed on the tubes to access the micro-site.
"The Bean Tube Experiment is a fun way to continue our partnership with LiveWell Colorado, as well as other community partners, while spreading healthy living throughout the state," Alon Mor, Garbanzo founder, president and CEO, said in the release. "We are dedicated to helping our communities eat and live as healthy as possible, and we hope this project will inspire fellow Coloradans to do just that."
