Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh making airport debut

Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh, one of Fast Casual's top 100 of 2018, is teaming up with Delaware North to open in Denver International Airport later this year, according to a company press release. 
 
"Denver International has just broken ground on a massive expansion plan and we are honored to be at the forefront of these monumental changes," CEO of Garbanzo James Park, said in the release. 
 
With a goal of making Mediterranean cuisine mainstream, Park said the chain serves authentic dishes derived from Old World recipes with a modern twist and customizable dishes. 
 
The Denver airport location will open in Terminal B in the Center Food Court.
