Fuddruckers has reached a new milestone in Houston with the debut of its 16th restaurant, marking 54 stores around the state of Texas.
The 3,700-square-foot space has undergone a major renovation to create a fitting backdrop for Fuddruckers' cooked-to-order burgers. The dining room seats 64, and a covered patio with two, large-screen TVs can accommodate 52. The corporate-owned restaurant serves as a showcase for Fuddruckers' new interior scheme that pays homage to the chain's signature roadhouse look.
In addition to its Build Your Own produce bar, guests can put a personal spin on their refreshments with the Coca-Cola Freestyle system, which boasts more than 100 soda flavors.
Fuddrucker's is owned by Luby's, Inc., owner and operator of 92 Luby's cafeterias, 58 Fuddruckers restaurants and four other non-core restaurants. Its Fuddruckers restaurants include 58 company-operated locations and 123 franchises across the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada.
