Fuddruckers establishes second location in Italy

Fuddruckers announced recently the debut of its second Italian location in partnership with new franchisee Vinum et Alia. The 3,490-square-foot fast casual restaurant is located at Via Saronnese 12, approximately 20 miles northwest of Milan between Castellanza and Legnano.

The new site is one of 10 planned with Vinum et Alia with proposed targets in Italy, as well as in Poland and Switzerland. The 138-seat venue is the first free-standing restaurant for the.partnership.

"We are excited to launch a second Fuddruckers restaurant in Italy just four months after making our European debut. We greatly appreciate the support of Vinum et Alia in identifying prime locations, and we have been thrilled by our welcome, quickly earning fans of our baked from scratch buns, which are made in house throughout the day, and 100-percent fresh and never-frozen Italian beef, produced to our unique specifications and then grilled to order," CEO Peter Tropoli said in a press release.

In addition to the signature Fuddrucker's menu, the Via Saronnese location will feature regionally-inspired platters that include roasted chicken, crispy chicken, ribs, tenderloin, sliced chicken breast and sliced beef.
