After signing a franchise agreement last year, Fuddruckers and TravelCenters of America opened a combined venture this week at truck stop, convenience center and casino in Sparks, Nevada, according to a news release.
"With nearly 80 years of combined experience behind our companies, we're thrilled to further enhance the drive across town or the country through this exciting partnership that brings a flavorful fill up to the I-80 corridor," said Peter Tropoli, COO of Luby's, which own Fuddruckers.
The Fuddruckers truck stop unit includes seating for 100 guests and decor that references Fuddruckers' Texas roots. Collectively, the brands have 80 years of food service experience that they bring to the new Interstate 80 location.
