Freshii wins Canadian HR award

Freshii was awarded The Ultimate Software Award for Best Workplace Culture by a panel of seven judges at 2016's Canadian HR Awards, according to a press release.

Matthew Corrin, founder and CEO of Freshii, opened the brand over a decade ago and has grown it to 300 units across 20 Canadian counties and several US states.

"As Freshii has gotten bigger, our culture has grown stronger," Corrin said. "I am proud of our 98% millennial head office that is building a global brand with a startup vibe."

Freshii's corporate staff participate in a weekly run club, same-store sales roadmap planning, sushi nights, standing desks in a shared workplace and unlimited paid vacation.
