NEEDHAM, Mass. — Fresh City has announced the signing of a franchise-development agreement with Capitol Fresh LLC for 40 restaurants in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. The first location is set to open in late 2007 or early 2008.
Fresh City serves an array of made-to-order salads, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, Asian noodle, and stir-fry dishes.
