FREEBIRDS hires former Grill Concepts exec

FREEBIRDS World Burrito has hired Dmitri Fagel as the new director of operations support for FREEBIRDS system-wide. Fagel, who spent the past two decades at Grill Concepts Inc., worked his way up from restaurant manager at Daily Grill to general manager, area director, director of training and eventually director of restaurant openings.

“Dmitri will play a critical role in the implementation and execution of standardized operations systems, standards and initiatives company-wide,” said FREEBIRDS Vice President of Operations Peter Gaudreau. “We are thrilled to welcome Dmitri to the FREEBIRDS tribe.”
