Franchisees sue Doc Green's

BlueMauMau: Six Doc Green's franchisees are suing Atlanta-based Raving Brands for misrepresenting that the franchise system had a proven business model.
Raving Brands began marketing and selling the restaurant franchise in 2004, but Doc Green's first restaurant, a company-owned unit, didn't open until April 1, 2005. The franchise owners are asking what was "established" or proven about Doc Green's when it was represented to them as such.
