farm-to-table fast casual brand, is opening its second corporate location Friday in Kahului, Maui in Hawaii, according to a company press release. 

"We're very pleased to be opening our second location, and are especially lucky to be opening in a spot as centrally located as the Pu‘unēnē Shopping Center,"  Fork & Salad Co-owner Travis Morrin said about the location in the  Pu‘unēnē Shopping Center at 120 Ho’okele St., #330.
 
Founded in 2016, the Maui-based chain uses ingredients sourced only from local farmers and is committed to serving residents and businesses of Maui, according to the release.
