Focus POS, a provider of restaurant point-of-sale software, is currently beta testing its updated POS software which it plans to roll out later this year, according to a press release. The update will improve the software's intuitiveness factor.
"We have worked tirelessly on the development of our software over the years," Mike Hamm, chief operating office at Focus POS, said in the press release. "User experience and robust functionality have always been our top priorities, and with our latest updates, we're delivering both."
Focus POS allows merchants to choose their payment processor and change payment processors as needed to better suit their business.
This allows stores of all sizes — from tier 1 franchises to tier 3 and 4 regional franchises — to select not only a POS system suited to their business, but a payment processor that will best benefit their locations, the press release said.
